In the realm of humanitarian aid and ecological evolution, sustainability emerges to be a necessity. At Eshu Consulting, we are committed to integrate sustainable practices into every area of logistics. Our mission is to support  organizations to meet donor requirements, to calculate global carbon footprint,  minimize environmental impact, and foster long-term sustainability within the supply chain.

Sustainability is at the core of our approach. We work with organizations to develop and implement strategies/protocols that prioritize environmental responsibility and long-term viability.

  • Build a sustainable approach within the requirements of each organization. Each approach will be tailored matching the minimum requirement from donors

 

  • Integrate best practices sustainability within the Supply Chain:. From sourcing eco-friendly materials to optimizing transportation routes, our goal is to reduce the carbon footprint and enhance the overall sustainability of logistics operations and minimize impact of activities.
     

  • To integrate ESG (Environmental, Social, Gouvernance) within the supply chain in the selection process (WREC recommendation)

 

  • Compliance and Reporting: We help organizations to analyze and navigate within the complexities of donor requirements, ensuring a better understanding in terms of compliance with environmental standards and regulations.

ESHU has a focus on waste management as we consider this area as one of the most impacting. Providing concrete solutions will drastically minimize the environmental impact and promote sustainability.

  • Reduction and Recycling: We develop strategies to minimize waste generation, promote recycling, and manage waste disposal in an environmentally friendly manner.
     

  • Training and Awareness: Our training programs sensibilize staff on best practices for waste management, fostering a culture of sustainability within your organization (project design, supply chain management etc).
